Decorative Painting Techniques
In this full length workshop, myself and Nancy show you how to use your decorative painting worksheets, acrylic paints and some simple strokes that will help you grasp the beautiful art of decorative painting.
Here is a quick run down of what you will see in this video:
- Brush Loading
- Basic Leaf Strokes
- Wiggly Leaves
- Painting Petals
- Painting Rosebuds
- Practice Composition
- Freehand Composition On Paper
If you want to paint along, you will need to have some basic tools and equipment ready to work with:
- Painting Pages sheets
- Assorted Acrylic Paints
- A Flat Brush
- Other Brush
- Paper or Plastic Painting Pallette
- A Sheet of Watercolour Cardstock

Hello Steph & Nancy: Just watched the tutorial & it is great, very informative & helpful. I too am disappointed that you have left C&C, as I am not a fan of QVC. They don’t give enough time on each product for my liking, the presenter’s interruptions are less tactful than C&C & the p&p is more expensive. Having said that; I am a huge MCS fan, therefore will watch when you are on. Thanks for many inspirational ideas & laughter along the way. Wishing you good luck for the future – Jen

Can I ask is there a Steph adnd Nancy workshop/vidoe demo at all like that but using promarkers or whispers pens?

Just watched the painting tutorial, You make it look so easy Stef, I have been struggling with the middle of the roses, however I now feel confident to tackle them!
